Libertas Household Assistants: SMS Privacy Policy

Libertas ("we") runs the Libertas Household Assistants text program, a private program for members of the Hepp household who have signed up. This policy covers only that text program.

What we collect

The mobile number you text from, the messages you send and receive, the time of each message, and your sign-up and opt-out history. For finance alerts, we use read-only account information that you chose to connect, only to send the alerts and answers you asked for.

How we use it

To send the texts you signed up for, answer your questions, and keep a record of your consent and any opt-out.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share information only with the service providers that deliver the texts, such as our SMS provider, Twilio, only to run this program, or when the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

Information is stored on access-controlled systems, and we keep it only as long as needed to run the program. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. Reply HELP for help. Email patrick@libertascolorado.com to ask what we hold or to have it deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
