Libertas Household Assistants: SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program. Libertas Household Assistants sends texts from two AI assistants run by Libertas: Sir Charles (alerts, check-ins and answers about the household's finances) and Ellie (reminders about family plans, grocery-list updates and answers to questions). The program is private and limited to enrolled members of the Hepp household.

2. Signing up. Text JOIN to (970) 238-2952. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Frequency. Message frequency varies, up to 10 messages per day.

4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

5. To stop: reply STOP at any time. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You will get one text confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more texts after that. To sign up again, text JOIN.

6. For help: reply HELP, or email patrick@libertascolorado.com.

7. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
